Any applicable delivery charges will be communicated before your order is finalized.

Beyond Nuts currently accepts Cash on Delivery (COD) only.

Customers must pay the confirmed order amount when their products are delivered.

We do not currently accept online card payments through our website.

We may contact customers by phone or WhatsApp to verify order details, delivery addresses, and availability.

We currently deliver across Lahore, Pakistan.

Our standard estimated delivery time is 3–4 days after order confirmation.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact information and delivery addresses.

7. Returns, Refunds, and Replacements

We aim to ensure that customers receive products in satisfactory condition.

For food safety and hygiene reasons, opened or consumed products are generally not eligible for change-of-mind returns.
